A new kitchen has been installed with hot and cold running water, stainless steel sink and stainless steel counter top, a propane fridge with freezer, a 4-burner propane stove with large oven and broiler tray and there is plenty of cupboard space.
A new bathroom has been built with sink and cabinet, hot and cold running water and a top quality composting toilet.
The cottage comfortably sleeps 6 adults with a newly decorated private full bedroom and 2 dressers, a closet and queen sized bed.
A separate sleeping/sitting area has a new double bed and the living area has a new couch that becomes a queen sized futon bed.
The dining area has a table that seats 8.
The living area has 2 comfortable love seats opposite the fireplace, a large armoire provides additional storage space.
A fully screened sunroom provides a beautiful lakeside view with great access to the long white sand beach.
The cottage is wired with outlets and lights supported by solar panels and battery storage.
The separate 375 sq. ft. guest cottage is bright and airy, nicely decorated with knotty pine throughout.
The cottage has 2 single or 1 king sized bed and a double bed.
Lots of storage and comfortable seating complete this very comfortable guest facility.
There is a 3-piece bathroom with flush toilet, shower and sink with hot and cold running water.
The cottage is well insulated, an air tight stove keeps the cabin nice and warm in off season.
