Some good news from 2026 that bodes well for the Real Estate market in 2027 is that inventory levels have rebounded to where they were pre-pandemic. A balanced Real Estate market is healthier and more sustainable, with more options for homebuyers. Not every firm is the right fit for everyone – Narozanski North has broad depth in many areas & has so many fits. I agree that we have very positive outlook moving forward into 2027 with stable interest rates though insecurity in the market from deepening Canada US trade tensions, economic, & unemployment is always a factor to watch for. Our insight to our specific market in Northern Ontario is educated and factual – with this valuable knowledge we can assist our Clients & make informed and smart decisions regarding their Real Estate portfolios.

This past year saw a return of Buyers and Investors from the sidelines that led to a surprising renewal of sales activity this was most visible – Prominent in the market for Single Family homes & Cottages & Resorts.
