The speed of change in the world at large – and in the real estate sector, specifically – has never moved so fast as these last few years. In response to this acceleration, we have an aim to offer as much insight to our specific market in Northern Ontario, and to help our clients make informed and smart decisions regarding their real estate portfolios. On a daily basis, we see the         importance of home ownership in our clients’ lives!

Our belief is that a  home is more than the money invested in it, it’s about cultivating an environment conducive to your            happiness. For many, that’s living in the country, or near the water, or in a property that best displays a beloved  family memory. 

A legacy of love for our Real Estate Business has led us through a challenging 2024 season. There’s no denying, it was a Real Estate market in flux, though we feel that as 2024 ended, that nerves have settled – We have a very positive outlook moving forward into 2025.  We were Waiting and Waiting For Lower Rates, and so they came!

There are those who say interest rates have little bearing on the  market, though as evidenced undeniably that interest rates have gummed up the housing works for the better part of two years, preventing much-needed inventory from reaching the market and Buyers holding back from purchasing.

Mortgage rates have now fallen slowly since the beginning of last year, and 2024 has also exceeded expectations in many  regards, and the market feels like it is on track for a solid year ahead.

We saw the  Buyers and Sellers were taking a moment to pause amid higher interest rates and slightly lower inventory.

At Narozanski North we had a solid year with the first two quarters showing marked improvement from the year before, and our final quarter was greatly improved.

We are seeing a marked interest from Buyers from all over Ontario for many of our products – the housing market has reset. We are roaring to go!

On a Very Positive Note:  Our market inventory is turning over well if priced correctly right through Sudbury, Rainbow Country, French River, Manitoulin over to Sturgeon, and thru the Nipissing area – in all areas of the market.  We have Buyers waiting to purchase, a real solid portfolio of Buyers.

Another very  positive factor is the market has not affected the demand for many specific products such as Resorts & Trailer Parks.
