What a year 2021 has been!   The COVID-19 pandemic introduced unprecedented uncertainty to economic and housing outlooks early on, though Real Estate, in Northern Ontario, has seen its “Best Year” Ever.

Our Company has set record sales volume amid the pandemic and we are still seeing this year’s performance outstrip that of 2021.  Properties are also moving much faster, inventory is down by 50%, and we’re experiencing multiple bidding wars.

What a year 2021 has been!   The COVID-19 pandemic introduced unprecedented uncertainty to economic and housing outlooks early on, though Real Estate, in Northern Ontario, has seen its “Best Year” Ever.

Our Buyers are prioritizing their quality of life and are prepared to pay a premium right now.  There are new ways of living for Buyers.  They desire space and security, a trend that we have noticed.  As a direct result the demand for our remote properties is on the rise with Buyers not worried about the commute!  Our Buyers are choosing to invest in rural properties, farms, residential, resorts, trailer parks, income units, acreage, and waterfront is always in hot demand!

I have called it a kind of “Crazy COVID Times” with no rhyme or reason, that in the midst of the pandemic, we have had a record high number of showings and sales.

Before entering, potential home Buyers and Sellers will be asked to answer a covid questionnaire!  We are cautious and meticulous about preventing any situations, always leaning on the side of prevention and safety!

Just to let you know we’re not skipping into the Sunset without a Care, the economic outlook is solid, but a Crystal Ball we do not have!  We are positively optimistic about the future of the 2022 market!  I know that we, as a world, will make it through this situation and we look forward to what life will bring us!
