What a year 2021 has been! The COVID-19 pandemic introduced unprecedented uncertainty to economic and housing outlooks early on, though Real Estate, in Northern Ontario, has seen its “Best Year” Ever.

Our Company has set record sales volume amid the pandemic and we are still seeing this year’s performance outstrip that of 2021. Properties are also moving much faster, inventory is down by 50%, and we’re experiencing multiple bidding wars.

Our Buyers are prioritizing their quality of life and are prepared to pay a premium right now. There are new ways of living for Buyers. They desire space and security, a trend that we have noticed. As a direct result the demand for our remote properties is on the rise with Buyers not worried about the commute!
